Order was fast and efficient with great quality! I received the fabric part of my tent but the frame of my tent was delayed almost a week. I was however able to rent a tent frame locally from a tent event store so I was able to meet my event date. But if I was not able to rent that frame, I would not have had my tent standing for my event!
All around a great product, someone may have just been sleeping at the wheel with not shipping my frame on time.
I ordered the Free Sample Kit so that my agency could get a better understanding of the products from BannerBuzz. Ordering this kit was just like ordering the products and seeing it shipping/tracking was the same. When I received it, I was amazed at all the products and how the sample kit came.
Needless to say, we will definitely be using BannerBuzz for ALL our promotional materials.

I've gotten sample kits from companies before but the one from Banner Buzz takes the cake. It helped me choose a better and less expensive product than I would have if it wasn't for the samples. I'm really happy the include banner materials too and not just paper products!

Ordered a 6'x4' Banner and got it in a week. Extremely impressed by the quality. I was not expecting it to look this good! Already made another order within an hour if its arrival.
Our organization recently purchased a customized trade show canopy kit. Turn around time was very quick, the graphics are perfect, and it is a high quality product. We are very pleased with it. The only thing that I found frustrating was I had several customer service reps contacting me, which was a bit confusing, and it appeared some of them did not have a good grasp of the English language.
I have been working with this company for several years and I am very satisfied with their work.

Very nice quality. The only thing was that the table cloth was larger than what I had ordered.
The banners were nice but on the vinyl there were a few bubbles under the surface.
For the money it was nice.
