Unprofessional

Not satisfying - Ordered banner, paid for fast delivery and end up receiving it 6 days later then promised. I had made a design that was redesigned by BB for no reason, than had to call them several times ask to use my design, then the web confirmation of the previous design did not work so I had to write email and call again... not smooth process at all. Plus they are based in India.

STAY AWAY Item was late and ruined my event and they wouldn't do anything

Company listed in Georgia and item came from India. They made mistakes on my proof, i asked for one change and they made a different chance twice including things no longer being straight that were in the original proof and then the next time there was two different logos overlaid. After these were fixed they then sent another proof that showed squares that had not originally been there. The design team told me they made the mistake. We discussed that if it wasn't going to make it to me in time I didn't need it. After the proof was approved i was told it would make it for December 9th and i should not worry because I paid for priority shipping. I called on the 9th as i could tell via tracking that it would not arrive and their excuse was 89% on the day they said and 11% chance for the next day. I called back on December 10th and they said the day wasn't over. They cant do anything until the 11th. Despite the banner being halfway across the country at 4:30pm they still couldn't do anything. Now I'm leaving for my event that starts at 1pm without a banner that is expected to be delivered between 5pm and 7pm tonight and they wont do anything except tell me to refuse the delivery and then call back (no one will be home to refuse it). STAY AWAY

Quick turn around great price.

I found Banner Buzz website very user friendly. One of the main factors of buying from them was the very competitive price. I had quotes from 3 other printers but nearly double the price for similar products. Banner Buzz delivery time was very quick, about one week. The quality of the product and printing were great. Will definitely be using them again.

Can't follow simple instructions. They keep changing my instructions and it seems that the original artwork is ignored.

Poor quality

Received a small flag. Very poor quality. Wrinkled, cannot iron it. Incorrectly printed. I have tried to let them know, but dint listen.

Great quality banner and good service from Reshmi

Reshmi and team did a great job on our banner. The platform can be a bit finicky and you'll need to order with lots of lead-time as the banners come from overseas, but I'd definitely order from here again.
