I had some difficulties communicating what I envisioned and what they could accomplish to the point of frustration on my behalf. Ultimately, the tabletop banners came out great and exactly what I imagined.
This purchase was just so diffiult. The miscommunicqyion on the Banner Buzz side was extreme...Staff saying ine thing would/could haoen anf then other staff jumping in that say someting is not possible and ignoring the commitments made by others. I will say I eventuallyreceived what I ordered but it took two months and dozens of email and phone calls.
the display looks good but I can't get the magnetic prongs to come to gather and stick after the cloth pieces are attached. I tried contacting customer service, I thought I was being sent an instructional video on how to put together the display but haven't received it yet. Also, I don't think I need instructions since the magnets seem to come together just fine when pushed together, it's only when the cloth pieces are attached they come apart. Is there a lock of some sort somewhere I'm not seeing? thanks!
Overall it looks good. We opened up the rack and everything fit and the magnets were together, but when we put the pieces on the front, the magnets on the back pull apart. See image included.
I paid extra to have the display delivered on Wednesday. It's Friday. No display. I can't provide a review, since I have nothing to review. Yet I received this request to rate the product. The company's systems are not in sync, and do not deliver on their promises.
