Just As I Expected

Bad quality and customer service!
The quality of the curved pillow case backdrop I received was substandard to say the least. It wasn't sewed evenly on both sides, making it harder to put on on one side (we almost broke the zipper off, trying to put the case onto the hardware. Once on though, the case looked like it was loose and ripples stopped it from looking as smooth as the one advertised looked. Nothing we did helped. It was purchased to be a backdrop for filming and the ripples made it look terrible. What's worse, is that after I sent pictures and videos of the backdrop back to customer service, they made it very difficult to resolve this problem. They sent me a video telling me that I'd put the pillow case on wrong (when really, there's only one way to do it), then, they told me to measure the pillow case so that I could then hear back from them. I cannot believe I spent upwards of $300 on this. I'm very disappointed with both the quality and customer service. If you want a smooth backdrop, do not get this one. Also, the hardware is more curved than the photo shows!

Beautiful and on time
I absolutely LOVE my new backdrop, it arrived in a timely manner and it is absolutely stunning! It's durable so i could use it indoors or out, I have absolutely no complaints, I just need to get a stand for it and it is ready to go! I would definitly order from them again.
