Swift assistance & good quality product.
The stand and banner are great. Easy to use and good quality. My only complaint would be that the material of the graphic sleeve creases easily. Because it's not practical to store the print rolled up we fold it to fit it into the stand carry bag and when we set it up it had creases from being folded up.

Cheap Material, Not in Canada, No Customer Service
I was MISLED, they are NOT local in Canada, they are printing and shipping from India. Customer Service doesn't answer. I'm beginning to believe these reviews are all fake! Wont use again!

Horrible Customer Service
I never received my order. They put together 62 units with one waybill and one tracking number that caused my package to disappear somewhere. When I followed up, I felt helpless. They made me run around as if I owed these guys. I made numerous phone calls and nothing was under the control of the manager. Basically, managers are puppets and they don't have the capacity to resolve issues.
