The first print was very poor quality. After this the communication was slow and took almost 10 days to get a reprint organised. It then got stuck in customs and when it finally arrived was not packaged well so the corners of the cut out had snapped off in transit

Item arrived damaged at the bottom. Also paid £10 for speedy delivery and it arrived 3 days late. First complaint my ticket was closed with no answer. Company then rang me at 7:15am. Company refunded the delivery fee but refused to refund me for the product. Do not use this service

Excellent quality cut out face photo on lightweight but sturdy backing and received on the date that was quoted. Wanted to ask a question on customer service soo glad to be able to speak to a very helpful human and not having to type your questions on line and await an answer….. would highly recommend
