The burgees size etc was fine unfortunately you got the print and edge colour wrong it should be Navy Blue. What next?

Flag arrived in good time.
Flag arrived in good time. However, it is not bright red ie I was told post office red.... The pine tree I submitted for art work was not used and I eventually gave up and removed the request for art work. It seems very good quality but am disappointed that it is not the design I wanted. Phone staff were very pleasant.

Well constructed
Double sided custom burgee, looks very well made and exactly as designed. I'll be curious to see how it stands up as far as being colourfast, but the material and construction are superb.

Poor Materials
Workmanship was good however the fabric was seriously substandard. Rather than a typical flag fabric, a gauze-like, thin, semi-transparent fabric was used. The use of this subpar fabric was not explained in an online chat in which I complained. My request that the burgee be remade properly at no cost was refused. In turn, I refused to re-order at additional cost with no guarantee that the product would be any better. Very disappointing. I shall not waste my money again.
