Poor communication Low quality frame

Poor communication Low quality frame - the cheapest plastic imaginable on the frame - will break quite soon. Customer service is beyond awful Knock off velcro holds the backdrop barely together and I’m sure after a few uses it will be garbage. Portray themselves as a Canadian company but all the products and made overseas in India and shipped directly from there to you.

Break easy

I've ordered two of these and both have broken in less than a year when doing setup and teardown on a weekly basis. Go with something more sturdy.

Completely blown away. Truthfully I was skeptical of this site as their prices are half, sometimes even a third of other sites. BannerBuzz was the only supplier who could guarantee my delivery to be on time, so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Not only was the turnaround well ahead of schedule, but it looks so good. It was so easy to put together and assemble, it turned out amazing. Start to finish the process was seamless and such a good investment. I got massive praise from the president of the company for the turnout. Thank you BannerBuzz!

Very unhappy with the below item Fabric Pop Up Straight Display - Graphic SKU: BBFPSD01-G Page Type : Upload Your Artwork Order Size (W X H) : 8 Ft x 8 Ft (FT) | $433.50 Fabric does not meet the endpoints as per the pictures attached. Had to make some fixes and NOT wrap the fabric to the frame as designed. fixes were adding velco to the sides of the top and bottom of the frame so that we could send it off to our sales staff attending a conference today. Need to have this resolved by send a fabric wrap that is properly sized to fit the frame....

Amazing Pop-Up Display

Amazing display - easy to order, share artwork and get shippeds. Received promptly within 7 days of ordering. THe display is easy to pop-up and easy to sterch the fabirc over the display. Colours and quality look great and an asset to our future exhibitions

Waiting for a full refund… ordered paying for expedited delivery guaranteed delivery by the 24th May for a show on the 25th-27th, advised on the 26th there will be a delay. Tried making contact multiple times to no avail. Product is made and shipped from India which is not clear on their website - this should be required by law. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company. Banner buzz do the right thing, respond to my email and credit me. Note still don’t have the banner….

We purchased a 10x8 backdrop. The art dept was helpful with our design. It shipped and arrived well within the estimated time frame. The quality was great and it looked wonderful at the trade show.

Honestly was not happy at

Honestly was not happy at all. Submitted all my information and had an initial delivery date on a Thursday. My event was on Saturday evening. Got the email to approve the design and approved it. Got a follow up email saying it would be made and shipped to arrive the Monday after my event. Mind you the order asked for the event day. When I called to talk to someone they said they would work with the shipping and logistics team to get it corrected. (still unsure of how it went from a Thursday delivery day to a Monday) Well nothing happened, got tracking information and it was still showing a Monday Delivery. Tried to call both the company and delivery service and because the company marked it Week Day Delivery only they could not change it. Well it arrived in my City Friday afternoon and sat there till Monday. I wasn't able to get it for my event on Saturday night because they shipped it incorrectly then refused to refund or even partially credit it back. I even paid or expedited shipping.
