Initial ordering and printing approval contact needs simplification as does phone contact, although problems were solved promptly.
Turnaround was therefore very slow.
Fed Ex in Australia is delivery and contact after tracing abysmal. I would never use them myself. I had to collect myself and they were difficult to find.
