We absolutely love our banner and it not only arrived on time but came early. The quality of the product was way better than I had imagined and was thrilled to see the art work come to life. Thank you. We will be using this for years to come

Awesome Customer Service
I love my new display!
And BannerBuzz customer service is terrific. I had one issue with a piece of the display and they replaced immediately after verifying my issue.
I just wish i needed more display stuff, so i can use them again :D

The website for this product
The website for this product is not very clear. We thought we ordered the frame as well as the fabric. Ended up we only ordered the frame.
Calling the customer service they said many customers make this mistake. And that we have to choose ‘Graphic’ to indicate we want the fabric as well (we didn’t choose that as we just wanted fabric without the graphic. It ended up costing us way more than budgeted for. Please update the website so it’s more clear to customers - especially with this product.

Beautifully printed on smooth fabric. Looks very professional. Not too difficult to assemble but you would need 2 people. Quick delivery. Slight problems ordering online but customer service team was very helpful on the phone.

WARNING - NOT IN AUSTRALIA
WARNING - NOT IN AUSTRALIA EVEN THOUGH ITS AN AUSTRALIAN WEBSITE
Terrible service, poor communication action and delivered a week after it was required.
Constantly assured that it would arrive on time, however this was just platitudes and not based on evidence of progress through manufacturing or shipping.
I will never ever use them again and wish I hadn't in the first place.
I had to get the entire order remade locally to meet a deadline at the cost of several thousand dollars over the initial order.

Steer Clear
Found Banner Buzz very difficult to deal with, took weeks just to update a delivery address. The proof design of the media wall was different to the website (proof had curved edges, website had square edges).
Wont be using them again.

The backdrop we order looks
The backdrop we order looks perfect. Just like we uploaded, the printing quality is great. It was really easy to put it together. We received our items very fast.
Their customer service is always there to help you. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs to carry their on stuff into a trade show. It is very easy to handle and to put together.

Excellent quality and service!!
Great quality banners, backdrops and more. Their design tool is very easy to use and offers a way to create the look you want with having to hire a designer. The backdrop and banner arrived fast and their customer support is very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend using Banner Buzz!!

Lost a Customer
Very poor experience. We have ordered many items previously, but this time we were sent the wrong size frames and had to jump through many hoops. We were repeatedly asked to take photos - we would submit them and then asked for new ones.
We then noticed a misprint at the bottom of the banners and one had an area that had been sliced by some kind of knife at the top, but we were told we were outside of the return period so there was nothing they could do.
Very disappointing, we have an ongoing need for a good number of banners, but we will not be doing business with Banner Buzz again.
